Look at the REAL reason why Chavez did what he did. Do you honestly think he gives a damn about the Middle East, Palestine, or Arabs in general? He is did what he did to irritate the powers the be. He's not pro-anything, but he is against democracies everywhere, and he has to be because he wants to reinforce his petty dictatorship. Arabs do love their petty dictators!
You give Arabs the choice between petty dictators (which your governments prop and support and jam down the people's throats) or fascistic so-called democracies (which your governments use to decapitate women and children). They continue to reject both.
Those people are thanking Chavez because they want to shame their own governments for their shameful silence. Yes, many of them will be arrested by the Jordanian regime and will be thrown in jail, with the blessing of your governments.

Erm... wouldn't Che have been hanged in Jordan for being a Communist?

Barnavi,
it's weird, isn't it? Decent people will continue to take risks to speak truth to power.
Long live Chavez the real arab leader even if is not an arab.
Where are you Ya Jamal, ya Houari
