"among the buyers one can see the new Ethics Police, which operates during the Ramadan in the center of town to ensure that no Palestinian smokes or eats in public. Women are also prevented from walking around in public in immodest garb."
I spent 25 Ramadans in Ramallah and nobody felt the need then to police people's behavior. Surveillance by the Israeli occupation and its spies was more than enough. But I guess when you don't have anything of substance to offer your people, you unleash a moral police on them to give the impression that you rule.
In sum, when you can't liberate Palestine (or even the Irsal street), bully the women.

It's a shame to read that. The Palestinian as I wrote in a previous comment is the arab people of 21 century. I really think the 'harkis' came to power and like every arabs puppets they oppress their own people.
hello again.
I will use ths message to spread a message from a french student radio in Lille a city the north of france. for 5 years each wenesday they had a program called "1/4 hour in Palestine". They are making interviews from their own palestinian contacts and people supporting Palestinian people.... But after 5 years they wants to do more and to access to the palestinian of the street (basic palestinian ?). They ask to people who record any sound during a trip in Palestine, or who living in palestine to send them their records. You can send the material rush, and they take care for any translation (arabic, english), improve sound etc...
