Make Your Move, Girl!
Shadia Jaradat, the 20-year old top Palestinian chess player. The article calls her "princess," but I prefer "champ." (in Arabic)
She says she would like chess made part of the Palestinian school curriculum. Great idea. I would also suggest making chess skill a requirement for all our "leaders," who don't seem to be able to see beyond their noses (if even that).

She's got moves--I can see that. absolutely, leaders keep making bad moves, and a chess lesson would do wonders. NG
